Freddie Frinton:
Dinner for one

Not a speech but an hilarious one man show of Freddie Frinton. In Germany, this short play is broadcasted on New Year’s Eve on several channels.

The introduction is in German, so I’ll give you a short summary:

Every year, Miss Sophie used to celebrate her birthday with four close friends. Unfortunately, all of them died many years ago. So it’s up to her butler James to impersonate all four of them on her 90th birthday.

Happy New Year!
