Hillary Clinton: Concession speech

Yesterday I posted the speech John McCain gave on June 3rd, 2008. That day Barack Obama became the presumptive nominee for the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton ended her campaign with this speech.

Transcript on FoxNews.com (And again, I can’t guarantee that it’s correct).

John McCain: The “Green Screen” Speech

The night, Obama won the primaries, Sen. McCain gave his "famous" green screen speech. Not exactly a gem…

There’s a transcript of the speech on FoxNews.com. However, I can’t guarantee that it’s correct or as John R put it in a comment:

According to the following video feed he said “deliver bottled hot water to dehydrated babies” not “deliver bottled water to dehydrated babies” as stated in the transcript.

Jeff Yalden: 2006 Mascenic Regional High School Graduation

A truely funny speech delivered by Jeff Yalden to the Mascenic Regional High School class of 2006. And he got the attention of the graduates by speaking their language. This speech is that good, I watched it two times in a row.

Sorry for the messed video, but I couldn’t find a better recording of this speech.

Leading To War

The website leadingtowar.com offers the film "Leading to war" for free. You can either download or watch it online with subtitles in 19 different languages.

It is not a single speech but a collection of short excerpts from speeches by the Bush administration that chronicles the arguments and the path to war against Iraq.

James Duane: In Praise of the 5th Amendment Right to Not Be a Witness Against Yourself

This speech is also a practical advice for everyone (at least in the United States). Law professor and former criminal defense attorney James Duane explains why you should never talk to the police.

The second part of this video is police officer George Bruch about interview techniques he uses.
